Your new account can be used at your local FleetPride branch, or can assist you on the road with products and services at over 160 locations across the country.

Here's how to get started:

1. Print the Credit Application and Resale Certificate forms
2. Fill out the entire Credit Application form attached below. Please indicate the FleetPride branch in your area by writing the name of the city in the box located at the bottom of the first page. See "Find Branch" fo reference.
3. If you are tax exempt, fill out the attached Resale Tax Certificate form
   Note: make sure you have filled out both forms (completely) and that each form is signed.
4. Fax both forms to 361-883-3323
5. A representative from our credit department will follow up regarding your application. Please allow 5 business days.
