Tom Greco

Tom Greco joined FleetPride as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025, bringing more than 40 years of leadership and board experience at leading Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of driving sales growth, capturing market share, and leading large-scale enterprise transformations.

Prior to FleetPride, Mr. Greco served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts, where he led a multi-year transformation focused on operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and commercial execution. Under his leadership, Advance achieved five consecutive years of comparable sales growth, significant margin expansion, and strengthened its competitive position through strategic initiatives.

Mr. Greco spent more than three decades at PepsiCo, where he held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America, delivering sustained growth through brand innovation and disciplined execution.

He earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada.

Stefan Crafton

Mr. Stefan Crafton currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at FleetPride, having joined the company in May 2019. Previously, Mr. Crafton served as FleetPride’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where he brought over 20 years of progressive finance and analytical experience to the CFO role. Prior to joining FleetPride, Mr. Crafton spent 13 years in various senior financial leadership roles with Andeavor, a Fortune 100 energy company and one of the largest petroleum refining, marketing, and logistics companies in the country.

Mr. Crafton holds a BA in Business Management from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mohit Jain

Mr. Mohit Jain joined FleetPride in January 2014 and today holds the position of Chief Information Officer. Since joining the company, Mr. Jain most recently held the role of Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to joining FleetPride, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Frozen Food Express, a leading asset-based temperature-controlled transportation provider. Mr. Jain has 25+ years of Information technology experience in the distribution, trucking, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Jain holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Southern Methodist University.

Mike Harris

Mike Harris joined the company in 2016 and currently serves as FleetPride's President. Mike brings over 25 years of leadership and distribution experience in private equity and Fortune 500 companies. Mike is known for having a maniacal focus on the customer and a passion for the frontlines. His track record includes driving organic growth and developing high-performing teams, rapid M&A expansion, and supply chain capabilities that enable best-in-class product availability. Prior to FleetPride, Mike spent 10 years at Navistar International, where he ultimately led as Vice President of Sales for North America Parts, a $2 billion business across the U.S. and Canada. Giving back to the industry is important to Mike. He serves on the board of the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network and the board of governors for the Aftermarket Warehouse Distributors Association.

Mike holds a BA in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from DePaul University.

Beth Corl

Ms. Beth Corl joined FleetPride in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Corl has over twenty years of experience building and leading high performing teams and organizations. Ms. Corl came to FleetPride following eight years with Marietta Corporation (later KIK Custom Products, Inc), where she had ascended to the role of Senior Vice-President, Human Resources. During her tenure with Marietta, she led all Human Resources functions, including employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and payroll. Prior to Marietta, Ms. Corl spent eight years with Alcoa, serving in various Human Resources leadership positions for a number of its different business units, including, lastly, Kawneer, an Alcoa Company.

Ms. Corl holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Union University and her Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Christian Brothers University.

Baron Oursler

Mr. Baron Oursler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, brings over 20 years of legal experience including 10 years advising private equity-backed companies in a general counsel role. Before rejoining FleetPride in 2021, Mr. Oursler served as SVP, General Counsel – Americas for Worldwide Flight Services, a global leader in air cargo and ground handling. Earlier in his career, he held additional in-house roles and practiced as an antitrust and complex commercial litigator in matters across Texas, New York, and the U.S.

Mr. Oursler earned a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Rawls College of Business. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.
