FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES ARS TRUCK & FLEET SERVICE OF NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE
IRVING, Texas, January 29, 2025 — FleetPride, Inc., the nation’s largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy duty parts and service, announced it has acquired the assets of ARS Truck & Fleet Service. Based in New Castle, Delaware, ARS operates 25 service bays in two locations and a mobile service fleet of 16 trucks. This transaction represents the expansion of service on the Eastern Seaboard.
ARS was founded in 1972, and it has a long track record of superior in-house and on-location repair services for heavy duty fleets. It is a five-time honoree as one of the top 12 shops in the country by Automotive Training Institutes, receiving ATI’s National MSO Shop of the Year award in 2022. ARS has been named one of Delaware’s 50 fastest growing companies, it is an Inc 5000 company and two-time Philly 100 winner, and owner Patrick Connell was named Delaware’s 2022 CEO of the Year – For-Profit Medium Business by the Delaware Business Times.

FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES ZENDER'S TRUCK & EQUIPMENT, PARTS & SERVICE
FleetPride, Inc., the nation’s largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and service provider in the independent heavy duty aftermarket, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Zender's Truck & Equipment, Parts & Service, Inc., based in Bellingham, Washington.
Zender's Truck & Equipment, Parts & Service has been providing parts and service to the heavy duty trucking industry for more than 20 years. This acquisition is part of FleetPride’s strategy to continue expanding its presence in the heavy duty aftermarket.

Frame Service is a full-service truck and trailer maintenance and repair shop serving the industry since 1948 with a strong reputation for quality and timely service in the Fort Wayne area.

FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES TAM TRUCK & TRAILER SERVICE

TAM Truck & Trailer Service is a family-owned business, operating since 2008, providing specialized trailer service and repairs, heavy duty truck and trailer part sales, mobile on-site maintenance and shop semi-trailer repairs.

FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES TML TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR

Berggren Diesel, Inc. is a full-service shop operating on heavy duty trucks and equipment serving the industry since 2013. This is a family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality and service repair in Idaho and western Wyoming.

FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES HARLAND DIESEL SERVICE EXPANDS PARTS AND SERVICE IN OKLAHOMA

Harland Diesel Service, Inc, is a full-service diesel shop operating on diesel trucks and heavy equipment with 14 bays, serving the industry since 1979 and is recognized for high quality, exceptional service, and reliable repair in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and its surrounding areas.

Since its founding as a service station in 1972, T&R has transformed into a full-service heavy duty repair business, with locations in Bath, Dansville, Hornell, Montour Falls, and Painted Post, all in the Southern Tier of New York.

FLEETPRIDE ACQUIRES PORTVILLE TRUCK & AUTO REPAIR OF PORTVILLE, NEW YORK
FleetPride, Inc., the nation’s largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and service in the independent heavy duty aftermarket, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Portville Truck & Auto Repair, founded, and owned by Chris Travis. Along with their two main locations in Portville, N.Y., the company also operates Fat Cat’s Recovery and Repair in Steamburg, N.Y.; I-86 Repair and Towing in Belmont, N.Y.; and Big Dog Heavy Duty Recovery and Repair in Kane, Pa. Travis will serve as general manager of the new FleetPride locations.
