Auto Order Approval

Account administrators can set a subtotal threshold for their company by navigating to My Account > Admin Center > View Approval Preferences. Once a threshold amount is saved, users with Viewer permissions can place orders without additional approval as long as the order subtotal falls below the established limit.

If the threshold is set to $0, all orders will require approval. Orders that exceed the set threshold will follow the standard approval process.
