The Link My Account feature provides a more secure way for customers to connect and manage their FleetPride.com accounts. It gives account holders greater control over their access and ensures a seamless experience. Follow the steps below to link your account and get started.
How to Link Your Account
1. Select 'Sign In'
Start by selecting the Sign In drop-down menu at the top of the right of the page. Then, choose Create an Account.
2. Select 'Link My Account'
On the account creation page, click the Link My Account tab.
3. Enter Required Information
Provide your account number, billing address (as it appears on your account), and details such as city, state, and zip code.
4. Submit Contact Details
Enter the necessary contact information for verification.
What Happens Next?
If an Admin is Associated with Your Account
The account admin will receive an email and an online notification about your request. The admin will review the request, assign the appropriate eCommerce profile, and approve access. You’ll then receive a welcome email and be granted access.
If No Admin is Associated
Our Customer Service team will review your request. If approved, you’ll be enabled automatically. If your request is denied, you’ll be informed of the next steps.
