How to Cancel an Online Order

If you need to cancel an online order, please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@FleetPride.com. Our team will be happy to assist with your cancellation request.

Will Call Cancellation Requests

Customer Service can assist you with requesting the cancellation of will call orders.
If your order has already been invoiced, we will promptly coordinate with your local FleetPride store to issue a credit for you.

Delivery and Shipping Cancellation Requests

Customer Service will be happy to submit a request to have your delivery or shipping order cancelled.
Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed.
If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
