The Delco Remy 39MT™ 12V 12-Tooth Starter Motor ensures you are Ready for the Road Ahead™, with its 30% increased crank speed compared to the competition, providing your engine with the power it deserves. This new, heavy duty gear reduction starter features an Integral Magnetic Switch (IMS). IMS reduces battery voltage drop and ensures the solenoid receives the maximum available voltage in any starting condition. With the 39MT™ lightweight design of the 39MT™ series, installation is easy, making it ideal for any heavy duty truck application. These new, heavy duty starters come fitted with Over Crank Protection (OCP). OCP monitors the internal temperature, preventing thermal damage to the starter by preventing over cranking.
