Jaltest Advanced Technical Support (ATS) is a premium service designed to assist technicians, service centers, and fleet managers who use Jaltest diagnostics. With this subscription, users gain direct access to a team of ASE-certified, US-based support specialists trained to resolve real-world diagnostic challenges and guide you through complex repair procedures.
Available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, the ATS program offers support via a dedicated phone line or through the Jaltest software’s built-in ticketing system. Whether you're stuck on a fault code, need help performing a calibration, or require assistance navigating Jaltest functions, our experts are just a call or click away.
As part of this service, each subscription includes 2 Jaltest Central Services actions, allowing advanced OEM-level procedures to be performed remotely by our technicians (Detroit Diesel actions excluded). These can include password-protected calibrations, parameter changes, or advanced resets that typically require OEM credentials.
