It alloes the communicatin with heavy duty vehicles at different SAE 1939 baud rates.
It features backward compatibility with the previous 9-pin “Type 1” diagnostic connector, so users will be able to connect to any vehicle with a 9-pin “GREEN” or “BLACK” connector.
