Wire Disconnect: Male, Red, Vinyl, 22-18 AWG, 1/4" Tab Width 1/4" T Pkg5 02651206 | FleetPride

The IDEAL 83-9971 Insulated Vinyl Male Disconnect Terminal is engineered to provide secure and reliable electrical connections for wire sizes ranging from 22 to 18 AWG. This terminal features a fully vinyl-insulated design, offering enhanced safety and protection against electrical shorts. The butted seam construction effectively prevents splitting under maximum pressure, ensuring durability and longevity in demanding applications. Constructed from tin-plated brass, the terminal exhibits superior corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The shouldered barrel insulation facilitates proper crimping by quickly positioning the terminal, thereby reducing installation time and potential errors. Additionally, the expanded insulation entry accommodates a wide range of insulation diameters, providing additional support and stability to the connection. The internal barrel serrations grip wires tightly, resisting pull-out and minimizing electrical resistance, which contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the electrical system. Color-coded insulation and wire range markings on the terminal simplify identification, streamlining maintenance and inventory management processes. With a voltage rating of 300 VAC and a temperature rating of 75‚°C, the IDEAL 83-9971 terminal is designed to perform consistently under standard operating conditions. Its compact dimensions of 0.858 inches in length and a tab size of 0.25 x 0.2 inches make it versatile for various applications, including those in confined spaces. By integrating the IDEAL 83-9971 terminal into your electrical systems, you can enhance connection reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
