Wire Disconnect: Female, Silver, 16-14 AWG, 1/4" Tab Width 1/4" Tab Pkg5 02651461 | FleetPride

The IDEAL 83-9481 Bare Female Disconnect Terminal is engineered for secure and efficient electrical connections in demanding industrial environments. Designed to accommodate 16 to 14 AWG conductors, this terminal features a 0.25 x 0.032-inch tab size, ensuring compatibility with standard connectors. Constructed from tin-plated brass, it offers enhanced corrosion resistance, extending the terminal's service life and maintaining reliable performance under various conditions. The shouldered barrel design facilitates precise crimping, reducing the risk of wire damage and ensuring a strong mechanical bond. Internal barrel serrations provide a firm grip on wires, effectively resisting pull-out and minimizing electrical resistance, which is crucial for maintaining optimal current flow. The expanded insulation entry supports a wide range of insulation diameters, offering additional insulation support and accommodating different wire types. Beveled barrel openings simplify wire insertion, streamlining the installation process and reducing assembly time. Clearly marked wire and stud ranges on the terminal aid in accurate identification, preventing installation errors and ensuring proper connections. This non-insulated terminal is ideal for applications where insulation is not required, providing a straightforward solution for various electrical systems. By integrating the IDEAL 83-9481 into your operations, you can enhance the reliability and efficiency of your electrical connections, leading to improved system performance and reduced maintenance costs.
