Paramount to circumvent premature failure with the replacement parts, technicians determine how and why fuel injection parts have failed. Four things to consider in this process are fuel contamination, low fuel, precup issues, and clogged Diesel Exhaust Fluid Systems. Proceeding the failure type determination, all hard parts not strictly meeting OE specifications, including gaskets and seals, are replaced during assembly. Assembled units are then tested to ensure quality performance equal or greater than the original OEM specifications.
